Refund policy

We offer no-hassle returns. You may return most Vera Viva items (unused) in original packaging. Your return package must be postmarked within 30 days from the order date. Books and products containing plants (including air-plants) are non-returnable.

Return Policy
Please make sure that your return is postmarked within 30 days of your original order date. Any late returns not be accepted. Service fees such as gift wrap fees or expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to return the products
Enclose your packing slip and the merchandise in a package securely, then ship to the address below within 30 days of your original order date. We cannot refund or exchange merchandise that is not received or arrives damaged, so we recommend that you insure your package (postage and insurance fees are non-refundable). If you have lost your packing slip, please include your name, address, a reason for return (do share), order number (if available), along with the merchandise you wish to return.
